What participants say
The talk in the community hall was many of our first contact with the topic of glucose. Afterward, almost everyone wanted to join in.

During training I always thought I was eating sensibly already. The sensor showed me it was the order I ate things in — not the food itself.
Karl F.
We did this together in our senior citizens' group — it was genuinely fun and kept us motivated to stick with it.
Elisabeth M.
I never thought my sleep and my blood sugar were so connected. Now that I know, I'm more mindful about my phone in the evenings.
Anna T.
As a retiree, I thought this no longer applied to me. The opposite was true — I learned a lot about my everyday life.
Gerhard S.
We did the program with our women's group. The exchange within the group was almost as valuable as the readings themselves.
Sonja K.
Glucose is the fuel of our cells — without it, nothing works. A disrupted cellular metabolism can be the foundation for many chronic diseases such as diabetes, Alzheimer's, or cardiovascular disease. Elevated blood sugar after eating is a significant risk factor for prediabetes and type 2 diabetes — reducing these glucose spikes also improves overall health, reduces inflammation, and improves sleep.
Yes, the minimum number of participants is 10. It makes sense to cap the maximum at around 20 to keep the time commitment manageable for the community. We can accommodate larger groups by arrangement and with appropriate planning.
The talk and sensor application take place on site in your community (e.g., in the community hall or clubhouse). The talk including sensor installation for 10 people takes about 2 hours. Afterward, we schedule an individual online meeting with each participant to discuss their experiences from the experimentation phase. The health journey lasts 10 to 14 days (experiment – understand – apply). This is followed by a group call with all participants, and everyone receives a detailed personal closing report by email.
Basically, you can go about your completely normal everyday life. Bathing, swimming, or sports are no problem (diving, depending on the sensor model, to a depth of 1–2.5 m for a maximum of 30 minutes). Sauna use is possible with some restrictions — temperatures above 40°C can shorten the sensor's lifespan, so it's best to avoid it or keep sessions brief.
For sensor onboarding and app installation, each participant needs their own smartphone (Apple iOS or Android) with Bluetooth & NFC enabled, as well as internet access (Wi-Fi/mobile data).
Personal health data is discussed only between the physician and the participant. Each participant only has access to their own data. The community has no access to participants' personal data.
