AI-generatedWhat patients say
Stress spikes my glucose more than pizza and fries. I was surprised how much I could change with simple adjustments — a cappuccino with oat milk, for example, turned out to be a bad idea for me. Now I sleep better and feel fitter in the mornings. Placing the sensor was barely noticeable — I'd recommend it to anyone!

I thought I already lived healthily. That made the wow-effect even bigger. The nighttime swings surprised me. Today I sleep better, feel mentally stronger, and don't need expensive remedies — just simple, effective tips. I'm very grateful!
Julia S.
Wholegrain bread with butter — I thought that was healthy. Turned out it wasn't, for my glucose. Today I eat more consciously, more protein, more vegetables. The sensor helps make habits visible — and that changes everything.
Regina K.
It's not just sugar — small snacks or meal timing affect my readings too. Moving right after eating helps me enormously. I've cut out snacks between meals now and feel noticeably better — even my digestion improved!
Andrea D.
Tracking helped me reduce my afternoon slumps and sugar cravings. Even healthy foods can cause spikes — but the order you eat things in makes the difference. I feel healthier, fitter, and more energized!

Glucose is the fuel for our cells – without it, nothing works. A disrupted cellular metabolism can be the foundation for many chronic diseases such as diabetes, Alzheimer’s, or cardiovascular disease. Elevated blood sugar after eating is a significant risk factor for prediabetes and type 2 diabetes – reducing these glucose spikes also improves overall health, reduces inflammation, and improves sleep.
A CGM is a medical device subject to the strictest medical standards and guidelines. It gives you real-time insight into your blood sugar level, so you can make better-informed decisions about nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle. CGMs are small sensors (about the size of a coin) that continuously measure glucose levels and send the data to your smartphone.
You can basically keep living your everyday life as usual. Bathing, swimming, or sport are no problem (diving up to 1–2.5 m deep for max. 30 min, depending on the sensor model). Sauna is possible with restrictions – temperatures above 40 °C can shorten the sensor’s lifespan, so it’s best to avoid it or keep sessions short.
For sensor onboarding and app installation you need your personal smartphone (Apple iOS or Android) with Bluetooth & NFC enabled, plus internet access (Wi-Fi/mobile data).
The health journey lasts 10 to 14 days and is divided into three phases: experimenting, understanding, applying. Halfway through there’s a personal Midway Call, and at the end you receive your individual health report.
Yes — SHE KNOWS is deliberately NOT aimed at people with diagnosed diabetes. We are not a diabetes clinic and not a primary care provider, but support women without diabetes who want to proactively understand their cellular health and take an active role — especially around menopause, when metabolism and insulin sensitivity change noticeably.
